It’s a very guest centric establishment. The staff are very attentive and friendly with anything they are able to assist you with. They really show you their best side and they remind me of how great my customer service was when I was in retail. with that being said that’s my experience with them and there’s some new faces here now so I hope the great service continues

No cook available for breakfast but a very kind lady (employee I think Andrea or Cristina was her name) she was more than happy to make me breakfast. It was delicious.

Hotel is under new management. Everything looks to be renovated. Beautiful restaurant and bar and an even better menu

The breakfast and the breakfast attendant was amazing. We could order and then eat comfortably in our room away from the other guests. She handled a bust Saturday crowd wonderfully. The front desk was quick and friendly with check I as well.

The property is well maintained. The staff is professional in their demeanor and their dress. The breakfast attendant was especially attentive and kind and energetic.
